In-Person: Magnuson Park Hangar 30: 6310 NE 74th St, Seattle, WA 98115

Reception at Magnuson Park Hangar 30 at 5:30 PM ($125 dinner + online bidding)

Join us for an in person opportunity to mix and mingle, bid online, and enjoy dinner with your friends and families! Let’s join together for a fun-filled evening to support Denise Louie in our vision of education and empowering children and families! Every meal registration comes with an entree and wine from Pyramid Catering. Pyramid Catering uses local farm produce in their meals and reimagines classics with a modern twist. The $125 paid entree comes with a chicken, salmon, or vegetarian option along with wine.

Meal options:

- Salmon Essencia: Pan seared with fresh basil butter & roma tomatoes

- Northwest Chicken: Stuffed with figs, kale, goat cheese & dijon cream sauce

- Vegetarian: Baked sweet potato, couscous, shallots, nuts and herbs; chipotle- pineapple glaze & sauteed spinach

*All meals served with fingerling potatoes with thyme butter, steamed cauliflower in sundried tomato herb butter, and wine

COVID-19 Safety Plan

At this time, we are still planning to host the event in-person on June 4, 2022. Rest assured that we are closely following COVID-19 and taking all precautions to ensure the safety of everyone at Magnuson Park Hangar 30. We have capped our dinner attendees to 150 and will be checking vaccination records at the entrance as well as mask requirements when not eating/drinking. In addition, tables are set to be 9 feet apart from each other. We are expecting you to show proof of vaccination and proof of a negative covid test within a 72 hour window of attending the event. Rapid tests will also be available at the auction.

We are following King County, Washington’s COVID-19 guidelines and will be doing many things to ensure your safety and our guests’ safety such as:

1.       We are CLOSELY monitoring the situation. With the event being a hybrid event, we will be able to quickly transition to a virtual platform if necessary. We will make this decision on Friday, May 6, and will notify everyone the following week if we need to move to a virtual event.

2.       We are following ALL guidelines mandated by the State of Washington, King County, and Magnuson Park Hangar 30.

Our main program will be through zoom at 6:30 pm with the opportunity to make a donation and bid online throughout the night (some auction items close at 6 PM)!

The last date to register for this is Friday, June 4, 2022.

Event dinner registrations will open 01/1/2022 and will close on 05/25/2022 to allow for coordination time with our caterer.
