About Us

Since 1978, Denise Louie Education Center has provided high-quality multicultural early learning and family support services so that Seattle kids will be ready to succeed in school and life. DLEC provides a great early education for kids, support, and skills for new parents, as well as extra help for families in need, creating a supportive community for all. Last year, we served nearly 600 low-income and immigrant children and their families through our Early Head Start home visiting, Head Start preschool and Play & Learn socialization groups.
