Please join us for a fun-filled evening to support Denise Louie in our vision of educating and empowering children and families! For this year's virtual auction, guests have the option of choosing between a catered meal delivered to their home for $100 per person or joining us virtually without a meal purchase. We are making every effort to support local businesses. Every meal registration comes with an entree and dessert from One95 Kitchen. One95 Kitchen give you the opportunity to taste different delicious plates from 195 different countries co-owned by Catherine Hung, a first generation immigrant chef from Indonesia. The $100 paid entree comes with a chicken, salmon, or vegetarian option. All entrees include sides and dessert.

1) Chicken option: Bunny Chow - a South African Bread bowl filled with Durban style curry of potatoes and chicken and served with carrot sambals on the side. 

2) Salmon option: Dry rubbed salmon - a Pacific Northwest favorite with flavored with sugar, red pepper, cumin, cinnamon, cilantro cream

3) Vegetarian option: Rijsttafel is an elaborate meal consisting of many side dishes served in small portions, accompanied by rice prepared in several different ways. The chef has selected fragrant coconut rice served with four side dishes:

• tumisan: seasonal vegetables stir fried in garlic
• braised greens in coconut milk and spices
• twice cooked egg in chili-tomato sauce
• bakwan: corn and vegetables fritters

+ Roasted Green Beans with Rainbow Carrots

Event dinner registrations will open 8/1/2021 and will close on 10/1/2021 to allow for coordination time with One95 Kitchen.
